About Nebraska Innovation Labs Foundation

We expand access to technology careers by helping aspiring software developers build practical skills, gain professional experience, and prepare for work in technology.

Our mission

Our programs combine technical education, hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and professional development. Our focus is on underserved and underrepresented individuals who face barriers to entering the technology workforce, and we pay them while they train.

Our goal is not only to teach people to code. It is to develop job-ready professionals with the skills, discipline, and confidence to succeed in modern technology environments.
