Paid full stack software development training in Omaha

A paid learning program for underserved and underrepresented individuals early in their software development journey, taught on site by experienced senior developers.

You are paid to learn.

Participants are paid as W-2 employees during the training period. This is not a stipend or unpaid internship.

The program is designed to give participants the technical skills and professional habits needed to qualify for entry-level and junior developer roles. The program does not guarantee employment.

Format and location: on site in the Old Mill area of Omaha, Nebraska. Schedules vary by participant.

After the learning phase, the Foundation can look at real software and application development opportunities.
