Partner with us to build Nebraska's technology workforce
We work with funders, employers, universities, and community organizations that want to widen the path into software careers for underserved and underrepresented individuals.
Why organizations get involved
Employers need developers with real project experience. Funders want programs that remove barriers to good jobs. Schools and community groups want graduates to have a next step.
The Foundation combines paid training, on-site instruction, and senior mentorship in one program in Omaha. A partnership can strengthen any part of it.
Participants have been placed with employers including the Department of Defense, Union Pacific, Fiserv, Mutual of Omaha, First National Bank of Omaha, CACI International, Rocket Companies, and more.
Ways to collaborate
These are areas where collaboration is possible. They are not preset packages. Each partnership starts with a conversation about what you want to support and what fits the program.
